- One of those giant boxes of baby spring/spinach mix
- raw chicken tenders or ground turkey 99% lean- depends if I have lunch duty that week or not
- maybe some salmon for dinner

- Rice’n’Simple teriyaki
- some sort of cheese
- grapenut flakes
Then of course there are some randoms thrown in! I always batch cook my lunches for the week on Saturday. It makes my life so much easier. I’m not really a sandwich person and I like my food warm.
Lunches for 2/13-2/17
- turkey burgers w/ half a bun
- salad (see spring mix)
- homemade, low sodium egg drop soup- tastes like the restaurant!
