Run Sydney Run

  • One of those giant boxes of baby spring/spinach mix
  • raw chicken tenders or ground turkey 99% lean- depends if I have lunch duty that week or not
  • maybe some salmon for dinner
  • zucchini
  • Eggland’s best eggs
  • vitamin water
  • Edy’s Slow Churned
  • cinnamon bread
  • Rice’n’Simple teriyaki
  • some sort of cheese
  • grapenut flakes

Then of course there are some randoms thrown in! I always batch cook my lunches for the week on Saturday. It makes my life so much easier. I’m not really a sandwich person and I like my food warm.

Lunches for 2/13-2/17

  1. turkey burgers w/ half a bun
  2. salad (see spring mix)
  3. homemade, low sodium egg drop soup- tastes like the restaurant!
