Bad, bad tumblr-er
Um, yes. So I’ve not been the past week or so actually posting anything. I totally have an excuse for monday (full workday + 7.5 hours of grading papers), but yesterday? I got nothin’.
I didn’t exercise on Monday (see terrible day of grading which induced the headache from Hades) and yesterday was my off day/dealing with the aftermath of the grading. I did 1.25 miles today, but...

Food for the week? Done.
Breakfast:
Boiled egg and Grapenut Flakes
Lunch:
Taco salad (minus the shell and salsa and sour cream… really taco flavored ground turkey, spring mix and cheeeeeese) and zucchini
Dinner
Mrs. Dash (no salt!) Spicy Teriyaki Chicken
Rice (which I’ll cook nightly, it really doesn’t warm up well)
I batch cook because during the week I’m to tired (and lazy) to care about...

Exercise=feeling good!
So I got up at 6:45 on a Saturday (that’s only 35 minutes later than normal) to go to kickboxing. I knew that today I had to run before, because it so wouldn’t happen afterwards. So my day was run, kickboxing, super quick trip to pick up cups, 3.5 hours of prom decoration building, grocery store. I seriously almost fell asleep building the decorations. Mixed bag
Today was pretty good as a whole.
My four things
1. Came up with something on the fly.
2. Held in temper.
3. Did insanity.
4. Ate pretty well.
On the other hand, I found out I was right; a former student was stabbed to death over the weekend. This is my second student to die in violent way. :(

Makes no sense
How did I lose weight on my mini-vacay eating she crab soup and pralines?
My four goods of the day:
1. I got up at a decent hour even though I didn’t go to sleep until really late.
2. I did my taxes!
3. I did over 4 miles!
4. I began the organization of my house. Master bed and bath done… lots of rooms to go.

but I only when about 200 calories over my limit. Considering I’m on vacation, I’m thinking that’s not too bad. (Granted it helped that we only ate brunch and dinner)

Charleston!
So, after my exercise yesterday, we loaded up in the car and went to Charleston, SC! I was fairly good at not eating all the bread at dinner and not finishing my meal. I got my momma her sea grass basket. Now all I need it my she-crab soup. I bought insanity, but I forgot my gym shorts. I’m hoping to hit a target to remedy that problem!

On a side note, the two most stressful days of being a Junior adviser are Thursday (the Junior Breakfast- I get to feed 100 hungry teens) and Friday, the last day of cheap prom tickets. Woot. Almost over.
